MetricStream, the independent market leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Apps and Solutions, today announced the winners of the GRC Journey Awards ceremony, held on the evening of June 6, 2017 at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, MD. The annual awards ceremony celebrates and recognizes individuals, customers, and partners who are leading their organization's GRC Journey, championing GRC programs, and achieving superior business performance through GRC.
The awards ceremony was part of the MetricStream GRC Summit, held June 4-7, 2017. Based on the theme, "GRC for High Performers," the summit brought together GRC thought leaders and domain experts to debate and explore strategies and solutions to today's most dynamic business challenges, including cyber threats, third and fourth-party risk, corruption, and business continuity.
The GRC Journey Awards were presented in five categories, recognizing the achievements of various individuals and organizations. Presenting the awards were Susan Palm, SVP of GRC Solutions at MetricStream and Yo Delmar, VP of GRC Solutions at MetricStream.

The GRC Journey Awards recognize individuals, customers, and partners who are leading their organization's GRC Journey, championing GRC programs, and achieving superior business performance with GRC.
Presenting the awards were MetricStream CEO, Shellye Archambeau, and MetricStream Executive Chairman, Gunjan Sinha. A total of 17 awards were given to honor the efforts and achievements of MetricStream customers, individual customer stakeholders, and partners.
MetricStream hosted inaugural GRC Journey Awards program on May 12, 2015, at the GRC Summit this year.
MetricStream's GRC Journey Awards recognizes organizations and individuals who have embarked on a GRC journey with the goal of achieving superior business performance. A total of ten awards, broadly categorized into three groups, honored MetricStream partners, customer organizations, and individual customer stakeholders. The awards were presented to the live GRC Summit audience by Gunjan Sinha, Executive Chairman of MetricStream, and Shellye Archambeau, Chief Executive Officer of MetricStream.
